Terms of use
Service terms, refund policy, and Australian Consumer Law notices.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the ConveyMate platform and services. By accessing or using ConveyMate, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
ConveyMate provides AI-assisted analysis of residential property contracts to help buyers identify potential issues and questions to raise with their legal representatives. Our service is intended as an informational tool only and does not constitute legal advice.
The analysis and reports generated by ConveyMate are produced using artificial intelligence and automated systems. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. You should always verify findings with a qualified solicitor or conveyancer before making property decisions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ConveyMate. By uploading documents, you confirm you have the right to share those documents with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Our fees are as displayed on our pricing page. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a report, you agree to our refund policy: refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the report has not been generated.
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, ConveyMate's liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report. Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantees.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For support or enquiries, contact us at support@conveymate.com.au.
