How ConveyMate handles personal information.
ConveyMate Pty Ltd ('we', 'us', 'our') is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and manage your personal information.
We collect personal information you provide when creating an account, uploading property documents, requesting conveyancer quotes, or contacting us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, and the content of property contracts you upload for analysis.
We use your personal information to provide our AI-assisted contract review service, generate quote requests to conveyancers, improve our service, communicate with you about your account, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We may disclose your personal information to conveyancers you select to receive quotes from, our cloud service providers (including AWS for infrastructure), our AI processing partners for document analysis, and as required by law. All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
Your uploaded documents and analysis reports are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au, and opt out of direct marketing communications.
